Cancellation and Payment Policy

If you cancel the qualification training more than 14 days before the scheduled start date, no cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the start date, 50% of the price will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the event or is not made at all, 100% of the price will be charged. All cancellations must be made in writing, for example via the cancellation link included in the email confirmation.

For qualification trainings, a payment link or invoice will be sent to the student unless otherwise stated in the training terms and conditions. The payment link will be sent to your email and is valid for 14 days. Failure to make the payment will result in interest and collection costs.

Training organized by Salpaus-Palvelut Oy must be paid no later than one week before the start of the training via the SalpausPay online store and payment service. The training place will only be confirmed after payment.
